This is a copy of the By-Laws contained in the sales package you received when you purchased your unit. We recommend you download a copy so that it can be read easily. The By-Laws and Declaration of Condominium designate the Board to create a list of Rules & Regulations and update them as needed to clarify the needs of the community as required.
