A change order must be submitted and approved by the EVCA Board prior to any work on the exterior of the unit, limited common area, and Common areas. The form should be submitted to the Management Company for the Board to take action. All copies must be signed and dated and returned to The EVCA Board by way of the Management Company. Please Note: The form has been revised and is dated 1/1/2016
